1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZenMenu's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
ZenMenu provides a digital menu and order management platform for restaurants. Our services include menu management, order processing, customer notifications, and related features.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes
- Trial periods are offered for Starter and Standard plans (3 months)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are available within 30 days of your first payment
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your restaurant
- Keep your menu and pricing information up to date
- Respond to customer orders in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the service for any illegal purposes
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content (menus, photos, descriptions). By using our service, you grant ZenMenu a license to display and distribute your content within the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
ZenMenu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data may be deleted after a retention period.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
